Dominik Loroff
Dominik brings over 11 years of expertise spanning banking, capital markets, and private equity. As a Portfolio Manager, he has overseen assets exceeding €300 million while successfully executing diverse transactions across multiple sectors.
His deep technical knowledge encompasses equity structuring, debt restructuring, securities, derivatives, and growth capital solutions. Throughout his career, Dominik has worked with leading institutions including BayernLB, Hartz, Regelir GmbH, PACTA, and Scalable Capital.
A CFA Charterholder with a degree in Business Administration, Dominik combines rigorous financial analysis with practical market execution experience.
Robert Nachama
Robert brings over 15 years of experience across banking, capital markets, and institutional finance. As a lawyer, finance advisor, and risk broker, he has advised on more than 200 transactions with total financing volume exceeding €50 billion. His expertise in structured finance and debt restructuring has helped companies navigate complex capital challenges.
His career spans prestigious institutions including Clifford Chance, Freshfields, White & Case, and currently Marsh McLennan, where he has built deep expertise across legal, financial advisory, and risk management disciplines.
Robert holds three degrees in Law, Finance, and Philosophy, bringing a unique combination of legal precision, financial acumen, and strategic thinking to every engagement.
