Dominik Loroff, CFA

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING Director

Dominik specializes in banking, capital markets and venture financing. As a portfolio manager, he has managed assets of €300 million and assisted in several venture financing transactions. He has in-depth expertise in equities, fixed income, derivatives and venture financing. During his career, Dominik has worked for renowned companies such as BayernLB, Hartz, Regehr GmbH, PACTA and Scalable Capital. Dominik is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in business administration.

Robert Nachama

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING Director

Robert has extensive experience in corporate transactions and startup financing. As a risk broker at Marsh McLennan, he has successfully advised over 100 transactions and as a finance lawyer, he has advised on debt and equity financings in excess of €50 billion. His previous employers include Clifford Chance, Freshfields and White & Case. Robert is also the founder of Advofleet Legal Tech Group. Robert holds degrees in law, finance and philosophy.
